Create Consultancy offers these services:

• Provide support and trainings on internal learning and knowledge management using interactive information and communication technologies (such as social media; wiki’s, blogs, RSS and delicious);
• The design and implementation of an open knowledge sharing architecture.
• Provide women empowerment trainings;
• Report on and coordinate activities;
• Monitor and evaluate development programs.

• Analytical skills: Strong at identifying niches for change and innovation. Excellent at linking policy with practice. A great capacity for self reflection, willing and able to learn on the job.
• Communication skills: Outstanding international oral and written communication skills. Fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish and French.
• Research skills: Skilled in the application of quantitative and qualitative research methods. In possession of a propaedeutic diploma Physics (Utrecht University) and two Master’s degrees international cooperation (CIDIN). Innovative ideas and critical thinker.
• Community building: Able to connect people and to support multi-stakeholder processes. Well capable of building the capacity of a group through the stimulation of cooperation, knowledge sharing and internal learning processes.
