- Conducted online internet research and translations for the US Government, focusing on Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg (Benelux). Produced English reports and collaborated with a team of native American editors. Source languages included Dutch, French, Spanish, German, and Arabic. A topic addressed was national security.
- Contributed to a European Commission study on public procurement, conducting interviews in Dutch and delivering research findings in English.
- Executed a six-month research project for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs on arguments in the international development cooperation debate. Conducted research in Dutch and English, producing Dutch research reports.
NGO Research Projects
- Conducted research for the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD), exploring challenges faced by women that strive for political leadership positions. Examined cases in Colombia, Tunisia, and Kenya, highlighting best practices. Describing challenges related to gender and women’s empowerment in politics. Conducted interviews in Spanish and produced Dutch research reports.
